We guided the client through an elevated level of specialist design documentation beyond the standard scope, enabling us to provide design guidance and instructions that were both informative and actionable. This approach established a clear workflow tailored to a highly knowledgeable and expert client team. To meet the ambitious two-year completion timeline at this scale, we developed an innovative process coordinating multiple software platforms across language boundaries, ensuring seamless delivery from concept through to completion.
Responsible
We took the utmost care to achieve an ambitious design with minimal expense, waste, and unique tooling or one-off efforts. From light features to metal floor inlays echoing the soffits, and the soffits themselves, we developed all elements with modular fabrication and repeatable components, reducing material use and simplifying construction, replacement, and maintenance. Our intensive use of BIM and generative procedural modelling allowed precise control, rapid iteration, and fine-tuning – enabling rapid design changes and high-quality outcomes.
