WW+P Project Director Raffaella Rospo will bring her significant experience in design, delivery and management of high-profile rail and infrastructure projects to her role as Chair.

NLA’s Expert Panels bring together London’s built environment professionals to help shape debate and practical responses to London’s biggest issues. Together with the NLA Sounding Boards, the cohort helps to advance the New London Agenda.

The Transport & Infrastructure Expert Panel focuses on the future of mobility and modal share of streets for all users, as well as the impact of transport infrastructure in unlocking growth and accessibility across the capital.

NLA’s Expert Panels are key forums where London’s top industry leaders guide debate, shape ideas, and influence the capital’s future. Transport is far more than connectivity; it is a catalyst for growth, equity, and stronger connections between places and communities. As Chair of this Expert Panel, my focus is on how well-planned and well-designed transport-led regeneration can help London become more sustainable, inclusive and resilient, unlocking opportunity and enhancing quality of life. I look forward to working closely with NLA panelists and other sector Chairs, steering our collective expertise toward the best solutions for Londoners.

Raffaella Rospo, Project Director

Raffaella has a track record of leading some of the most prestigious recent rail projects in the UK for clients such as TfL, LUL, Network Rail, and HS2, including the Paddington Elizabeth Line Station, a £500 million construction project with multiple stakeholders, inaugurated by Her Majesty the Queen in May 2022. She was recognised as a RIBA Inspirational Woman in 2019 and was shortlisted in the European Women in Construction & Engineering Awards in 2016 and 2018.
